Operated by trained advocates, Project Safe’s 24/7 crisis hotline is always available for survivors of domestic violence. We answer over 3,000 calls per year from 89 counties, always ready to lend an empathetic ear while callers work through their experiences and options. When someone calls the hotline, they can expect a supportive and friendly voice on the other end of the line asking questions to help work towards the safest and most effective course of action. Sometimes that will mean admittance to our shelter, other times referral to our Outreach Office for assistance with legal issues or other considerations, or referral to other agencies with more appropriate resources for the caller. Sometimes a survivor just needs someone to listen and provide emotional support, and we can do that too. We will not pressure you to make a certain decision, and your calls are confidential and judgement free.

If you or a loved one are in an unsafe relationship, or are unsure about concerning behaviors, call our hotline at 706-543-3331 to speak to someone who cares.
