Maintaining the operation of an emergency shelter is expensive and consumes a ton of resources. Project Safe provides food, toiletries, bedding, clothing, and other necessities to shelter residents, along with some things that just help make a survivor feel relaxed and comfortable during this difficult and traumatic period of their lives. Because residents are likely to be staying for 90 days or longer, toiletries are ideally full sized, though all donations are appreciated. This list will be updated monthly.
To donate, bring your items to one of our Thrift Store locations (995 Hawthorne Ave, #7, Athens, GA 30606 or 295 Sam Groves St, Danielsville, GA 30633) during business hours and let them know that the donation is for shelter supplies.
